Does it cost anything to sign up for Remember Me?List Item 1
There is no initial cost to sign up for Remember Me. Each funeral home / cemetery recieves 1 free startup binder. Each additional binder is $15 + shipping, however all binder files are available to download and order binders can be built on site.

We started Remember Me in 2000 and have been serving funeral homes and cemeteries ever since!

Is Remember Me really a free service?List Item 3
The initial photo creation and service itself is free, however we do charge a shipping fee to get the memorials to you. This can also be free as our shipping fee is based on your reorder rate. This is all covered in the "order instructions" portion of the binder.

How long does it take to get the initial photo memorial?List Item 4
Most initial order are processed and shipped within 5 business days. However, custom orders may take longer.

Can custom photo memorials be made or am I limited to the binder background and text selections?
Yes! With our background in photography and digital imaging, we can produce just about any kind of photo memorial your family requests. There is a small fee for custom memorials, but it is a one time cost and does not apply to any re-orders (please see "Additional Fees" form). To make the request, simply fill out the "Notes, Requests, and Corrections" portion of the order form or just give us a call!

What if I decide to stop using the service?
No problem! We simply ask that you return the binder so it can be used elsewhere. There is a $15 charge for unreturned initial binders.

If Remember Me is free, how do you stay in business?
We stay in business from the re-orders sent in. We are confident your families will cherish their free memorial so much, they will want to order additional copies for friends and extended families that may want one. We also offer a significant discount on reorders place through your funeral home / cemetary. This is the dynamic that gets you in front of new contacts to share your own products and services! Just be sure to hand deliver the reorders.

Are these inkjet prints? What is the quality of the print?
No...we use a special process to print the photos that are recognized by photography standards. We started in the photography industry and have international commercial photo lab experience. We guarantee the quality of your print or we will replace it. Providing the utmost quality to your family is something we strive for! A Remember Me print will last generations.

What if I lose my print or it gets damaged before I can deliver it to my family?
We offer a print replacement service of $2.50 if your print is lost or damaged.

What if there is a mistake on the photo memorial?
If the mistake is our fault, we will replace the print at no charge. If it was a clerical error on the part of the funeral home or cemetery, we charge a small correction fee. Please refer to the "Additional Fees" portion of your binder.

What if my family wants text in a foreign language or wants any other special text?
We provide special text requests for a small fee. If a family requests a different language, we simply ask that the family proved the text in a written form or a form that can be copied and pasted. Please refer to "Additional Fees" in the binder.

Can Remember Me really help increase pre-need sales?
Yes! Over the years, we have taken informal polls of some of our long time clients. The results showed an average increase of anywhere from a 25 to 30% increase across the board.
